Welcome to Dusted. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dusted, a platform that enables users to connect their crypto wallets, optionally link their Twitter accounts, and participate in token-specific chat rooms with additional interactive features.
By accessing or using Dusted, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms are between you ("you", "your") and Dusted, including its affiliates ("we", "us", or "our").
1.2 You represent that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
- Will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. The Service
2.1 Platform Overview
Dusted is a social platform that allows you to:
- Connect your wallet.
- Optionally link your Twitter account.
- Participate in token-specific chat rooms.
- Interact with fellow holders through interactive features.
2.2 Wallet Connection
- Dusted does not store or control your private keys. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.
- You authorize Dusted to verify your token holdings for room access purposes.
2.3 Service Limitations
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without prior notice.
3. Account and Access
3.1 Registration
You may access Dusted by connecting a supported wallet. You may optionally link your Twitter and email account to enhance your profile.
3.2 Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys.
- Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
- Accept full responsibility for any activity on your accounts.
3.3 Account Suspension/Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your activity appears suspicious or unlawful.
- Required by law, regulation, or government authority.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:

Use Dusted for illegal purposes, including money laundering or fraud.
4.2
Post, share, or upload content that is:
- Harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.
- Spam, misleading, or promoting scams.
4.3
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform.
4.4
Engage in token manipulation or incentivized tipping schemes.
4.5
Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools.
We may remove or block access to content and accounts that violate these rules.
5. Token Tipping
5.1 Voluntary Tipping
Users can send and receive tips in supported tokens. All tipping is voluntary, and transactions are non-refundable.
5.2 Transaction Responsibility
You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible, and you are responsible for verifying wallet addresses and amounts before tipping.
5.3 Fees
Dusted may charge small service fees for tipping, and you accept these fees by using our services feature.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and process your data, including wallet addresses and optional social account data. By using Dusted, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy provided.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
- Dusted owns all rights to its platform, logo, trademarks, and content.
- You may not copy, modify, or use our content without permission.
7.2 User Content
By submitting any content (messages, chats, etc.) on Dusted, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your content.
8. Risks and Disclaimers
8.1 Blockchain Risks
You acknowledge that Dusted interacts with decentralized blockchain networks and that:
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
- Loss of private keys or wallet access can result in loss of assets.
- Smart contracts, blockchain networks, or third-party services may fail or experience exploits.
8.2 Platform Availability
Dusted is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
8.3 No Financial Advice
By using Dusted you acknowledge we do not provide investment, financial, or trading advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Dusted is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- We are not responsible for errors, hacks, or failures of third-party services (wallet providers, blockchain networks, etc.).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dusted, its affiliates, officers, agents and employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the platform.
- Your interactions or transactions with other users.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panama, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
11.2 Arbitration
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their breach, termination, or validity, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution in Panama. The arbitration will follow the institution's rules and procedures.
The arbitration shall take place in Panama City, Panama, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Each party will bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator(s). The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding, and the award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11.3 Jurisdiction for Non-Arbitrable Claims
For any disputes that are not subject to arbitration, the courts located in Panama City, Panama, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Both you and Dusted agree to waive any objections regarding jurisdiction or venue in these courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated terms will be reflected as accessed on the platform. Continued use of Dusted after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
